Another fabulous project which was to provide quite a large renovation to an old munitions building and turning it into a number of small industrial units. Stuart Howarth, Director of Newton Press was a dream to work with (and that really makes a difference on time and cost of me if that makes sense) which always helps and watching the change to this building was fantastic. I always drive past and smile as it was a brilliant idea to divide it up. Nobody needed a large building but the demand was there for small/medium. Well done Stu!
